Corn with Lime Butter

If you ask me, a really sweet ear of corn needs no help in making it ready to eat – no butter, no salt, just plain. But when you combine corn and lime something amazing happens. This lime butter is a great way to wow your guests at the backyard BBQ and it couldn’t be more simple.

Here’s your ingredients:

zest of one lime, 4 Tbsps. unsalted butter, 1/8 tsp. kosher salt.

Place the butter, lime zest and salt into a small pot. Heat very gently over the lowest flame.

As soon as the butter is melted turn off the heat, pour the mixture into a nice dish and refrigerate.
